• Firstly, attempt to relaunch Animate Preview,  as this may be an OpenAccess issue.

  • If this is unsuccessful, delete the Animate_Cache directory.

    The location of the directory called Animate_Cache may vary. It is defined within the cds.lib file.
    Once the cache directory is deleted, rerunning Animate Preview will regenerate it.
